Note: If you just paid your Program Fee, you may need to wait up to 30 minutes before activating your card. If you haven't recieved your card yet, you will be able to activate it as soon as it arrives. Please call us at (800) 755-9203 if you have issues activating your card.
Please review the following information.
- If you use your card for gasoline purposes, you will need to go inside the store. For security reasons, the card will be declined at the outside pump.
- Your card can be used to obtain a cash advance ninety (90) days from the open date of your account (or after 3 complete billing cycles). Certain restrictions apply.
- Payments not made in guaranteed funds may delay account opening for up to fourteen (14) days to allow the payment to clear or if we deem ourselves at risk for any reason. Guaranteed funds that are accepted include payments in the form of bank or postal money orders, bank cashier's checks, and PayNearMe. Payments using a credit card will be declined.
- You can service your account through www.myccpay.com. This will give you access to set up your account on an Automatic Payment Plan which is a convenient way to ensure that your monthly minimum payments post to your account by the due date each month. We also offer access to online statements, and you will be able to view account activity online.
- Please refer to your Credit Card agreement for the full terms of your account.
Important Information About Procedures for Opening a New Account: To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents. Card use subject to available credit; for security reasons, card may not be used for automated fuel pumps, for gambling transactions or at merchants outside the United States.
